From the very beginning on OBS, modularity was of the utmost importance. A financial institution can modify to its own purposes and can choose the modular structure that it requires to satisfy its business requirements.

If it so wishes, a financial institution can, together with all or parts of OBS-BAS, implement just one single OBS-module.
