The complete client output is created using the OBS-ORT (Open Reporting Tool), which caters for a flexible presentation of the client output based on the banks individual requirements. OBS-ORT supports the creation of client output on paper (various different formats), fax, email, as well as pdf document and csv-file. Interfaces to various archiving systems (e.g. OpenText) are available as well as the integration of mass printing facilities.

OBS generates all "standard" advices and products from the overall system and from the individual modules. Examples of client output created by OBS are:

If there are SWIFT message types available for individual products, then OBS can generate a SWIFT message instead of (or in addition to) the paper confirmation (e.g. MT940). All client output, irrelevant of type of despatch (i.e. SWIFT, paper, fax, mail, etc.), can be viewed online in OBS.
